How does the free trial session work?

Your free trial is a full 60-minute live 1:1 session with a qualified GTL tutor. We match your child beforehand based on their year group and curriculum. No payment required, no obligation. You'll receive a personalised session note within 30 minutes of the session ending. Book via WhatsApp or our contact form — we confirm within 2 hours.

Which school curricula do your tutors cover?

At launch, GTL tutors are trained and assessed on the British National Curriculum (used by British and international schools across the Gulf). UAE MoE, CBSE, American and IB PYP are coming soon. During onboarding we confirm your child's school and year group and match them to the right tutor.

What platform do you use for sessions?

Sessions take place on GTL's own interactive classroom platform, purpose-built for 1:1 tutoring, with a shared digital whiteboard. No downloads required beyond a web browser. Session links are sent with calendar invites and WhatsApp reminders before every session.

Can I change my child's tutor if needed?

Absolutely. If the match isn't working (personality, teaching style, pacing) let us know and we'll rematch at no charge. We want every child to have the best possible experience.

How does billing work and are prices fixed?

All prices are in AED and fixed at booking. No hidden fees. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and popular Gulf payment methods. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each cycle and you can cancel or pause anytime. Clear itemised receipts are provided for every transaction.

What is the British curriculum and is my child on it?

The British National Curriculum for England is used by British-curriculum schools across the Gulf, including many international schools in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha. If your child's school follows year groups (Year 1, Year 2, etc.) and uses UK Maths terminology, they are almost certainly on the British curriculum. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp with your school name and we'll confirm in minutes.

GTL is new. How do I know you are reliable?

We launched in June 2026 and don't have hundreds of reviews yet.
